We help owner-led and mid-sized South African businesses decide where to grow, find out what their market really wants, and get more out of the people and money they already have.

What we do
Start with one service or combine them. Each ends with a written plan your team can act on the following Monday.

Where should you grow next, and what should you stop doing? We test the options against your numbers and your capacity.

Customer interviews, competitor mapping and demand sizing, so decisions rest on evidence rather than gut feel.

Find the hours, stock and spend that leak out of the business, and redirect them to the work that pays.
Consulting focus
Choose a focus to see what we look at and the question we help you answer.

New branches, new regions, new customer segments. We model what each option costs, how long it takes to pay back, and what it asks of your team.
The question: where is our next rand of growth most likely to come from?

We map how work actually moves through the business, from quote to invoice, and remove the steps that add time but no value.
The question: what are we doing twice, or not at all?

New services, digital tools and better ways of selling, tested small and cheaply before you commit real money.
The question: which new idea is worth a proper trial?

Sales, margin and customer data turned into a short dashboard your managers will actually open each week.
The question: which five numbers tell us how the business is doing?
Our approach
A typical engagement runs six to ten weeks. You know the scope, the price and the deliverables before we start.
Interviews with owners and staff, a look at the numbers, and a clear statement of the real problem.
Weeks 1–2Two or three realistic options, each with costs, risks and the effect on your team.
Weeks 3–5A written plan with owners, dates and targets, presented to your leadership team.
Weeks 6–8We come back after 90 days to check progress against the targets and adjust.
Day 90Engagements
Three examples of typical engagements. They show the structure of the work, not real clients or real results.
Illustrative examples
Site comparison, demand estimate and a phased opening plan with a clear go or no-go point.

Twenty buyer interviews, a competitor price scan and a recommendation on whether to enter.

Workflow map, role review and a short list of changes ranked by saving and effort.

About us
